Shelley R. Berson is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist and Sleep Medicine Physician as well as an allergist.

Dr. Berson completed her otolaryngology residency at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital and internship in general surgery at St. Vincent's Hospital, New York, New York. She is a medical school graduate of Health Science Center, State University of New York, Syracuse, New York, and received her bachelor of arts degree from Wesleyan University, Middletown, Connecticut.

She is also a sleep-disorder consultant to healthcare companies and providers, surgical centers, anesthesiologists, other otolaryngologists, and dentists.

Dr. Berson was the principal researcher for the study “Clinical associations between allergies and rapid eye movement sleep disturbances” (2018), in the peer-reviewed journal International Forum of Allergy & Rhinology, Wiley Online Library. Related links:
